Clinical Manager

About Justin Kenyi

Justin is an experienced Clinical Manager, with vast of experience of working in both Public Health and Private sector. Justin holds several academic qualifications in Master in Mental Health Nursing; Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Social Sciences (Sociology and Criminology), and Diploma in Leadership and Management. Justin is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with Australian College of Mental Health Nursing. He has strong knowledge and background of working with complex clients with disability and mental health in Hospital, Community Mental Health, Forensic and Disability Settings. He had hold positions in clinical roles as a Senior Clinician, Consultative and Senior management roles in the Health Sector. Some of Justin's notable experience includes working in Mercy Health, Scope Australia, Gellibrand Support Services and Talent Quarter where he hold prominent leadership positions. Justin is a compassionate leader and is committed to giving back to his community. He is passionate about access to good supports for people living with disabilities to receive high quality care and supports. Justin is always passionate and well versed to ensure high level of care is maintained to make positive impact, promote equality, and make difference in the lives of the people he serves.

With over 14 years of experience, James has dedicated his career to supporting individuals with diverse needs, including mental health challenges, alcohol and drug dependencies, disabilities, and aged care. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role, combined with a strong academic foundation. James holds a Bachelor of Community Mental Health and AOD, a Diploma of Education, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a Certificate in Training and Assessment. James is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to achieve theirgoals, and throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles across a wide range of organizations. His experience spans multiple sectors, including disability, mental health, and aged care, where he has been instrumental in leading teams and supporting diverse groups in both community and institutional settings.

Kylie has a wealth of experience in the disability field, with over 20 years of both professional and personal experience. Her calm, approachable demeanor makes people feel truly valued and supported, enabling her to build strong relationships quickly. Starting her career in disability employment, Kylie found a natural fit in helping some of the most vulnerable members of the community find meaningful and sustainable work. This led her to transition into a business development role, where she could extend her impact and empower even more people through employment opportunities. Kylie then took on a management role within the disability sector, guiding and supporting her team. However, she soon realised her passion for direct client interaction and the day-to-day impact of working closely with individuals. This led her to explore the NDIS field, where she connects people with disabilities to services that help them live their best lives. Kylie's journey showcases her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of people with disabilities, with a deep commitment to making meaningful, lasting differences in their lives.

She began her career in Malaysia, spending two years as an Audit-Tax Associate in an audit firm, four years in property management, and one year in the F&B industry as an Accounts Executive. She later expanded her experience to New Zealand, working as a finance assistant in a semi-government transport agency for seven months and in a property development and consulting firm for three months. Now based remotely, Erica continues to support businesses as a virtual accounts assistant, known for her reliability, attention to detail, and steady approach to day-to-day financial operations. She's adaptable, open to learning, and committed to continuous improvement. With hands-on experience in reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting, she strives to support smooth financial processes while growing with every challenge.

Fred is also an experienced Strategic Human Resources leader, with 6 years of distinguished experience in HR management and cultivating thriving workplace cultures. He holds a number of qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Education (majoring in Economics), a Diploma of Mental Health, a Diploma of Community Services (with a focus in Case Management), and Certificates in Disability, Individual Support, and Leisure and Health. Fred has demonstrated expertise in transforming organizational culture, implementing people-first initiatives, and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. He is known for building inclusive environments that drive employee engagement, retention, and business performance.
